Fruit Sando, Hanoke, Kanawaga, Japan-- There is a technique to it. Once the whipped cream and fruit are between the milk bread slices, the sandwich is wrapped tightly and refrigerated with a bit of weight on it. Then the sandwich can be sliced and the crust removed. Unfortunately for me, the owner of this sandwich didn't share.
