  • Annapolis, Maryland-- Sailboats not moved from the water in time for winter are pictured frozen in Spa Creek behind St. Mary's Catholic Church. St Mary's Church, in the Historic District of Annapolis was built on the property of Revolutionary patriot Charles Carroll of Carrollton, the only Catholic signer of the Declaration of Independence . The church was concencrated in 1860.
